PDI seeks a Packaging Specialist for their Discovery & Innovation team in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. This hands-on role focuses on transforming emerging packaging technologies into prototypes while leading innovation workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 years in packaging engineering and experience in regulated environments. Competitive salary between $80,000 - $115,000 annually, alongside comprehensive benefits including health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in packaging engineering, materials development, or innovation-focused R&D.
• Experience with prototyping, testing, or concept evaluation.
• Exposure to regulated environments (FDA, EPA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream packaging innovation through early-stage concepts.
• Transform consumer insights into actionable designs.
