Job summary

IZiel Healthcare is seeking a Packaging Engineer to drive packaging process development, validation, and the commissioning of manufacturing equipment. The role involves supporting installation, relocation, and startup activities across a high-impact engineering project.

The candidate should have hands-on packaging equipment experience, a technical degree in packaging engineering or equivalent, and a track record in regulated manufacturing environments with IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing/packaging equipment experience.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and work directly with shop-floor teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Packaging process development for automated & manual equipment.
• Packaging validation and process validation.
• Equipment troubleshooting, commissioning & startup.
• Support sealing, leak testing, printing & labeling equipment.
• Packaging testing and package-integrity activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, vendors & project teams.
