You will guide cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to address packaging and validation needs. The role requires extensive GMP experience in pharmaceutical or related industries, strong leadership, and the ability to manage contractors while ensuring compliance and safety across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field required.
• 8+ years GMP experience within consumer, OTC, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience with packaging equipment, validation, and qualification.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage contractors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute packaging equipment and validation assignments with lifecycle management.
• Lead packaging process improvements across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute packaging equipment qualification documents and test protocols.
• Support line trials, process qualification, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, EHS, and regulatory standards.
