Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of GMP experience in the consumer, OTC, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Extensive knowledge of packaging equipment, processes, and materials.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment preferred.
• 6+ years in packaging equipment, liquid compounding, filling, equipment qualification/validation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute packaging equipment and validation assignments, including lifecycle management.
• Lead and improve packaging processes and equipment technologies across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute packaging equipment and validation strategies.
• Assess equipment limitations and develop solutions to remove roadblocks.
• Identify and evaluate new packaging equipment technologies and processes.
• Provide engineering solutions and support to Manufacturing and other departments.
• Develop and execute plans to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) at sites.
• Coordinate documentation such as URS, SDS, FAT/SAT, and validation plans.
