Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Packaging Engineer to design and develop packaging for consumer retail products. You will collaborate across engineering and marketing to meet product requirements and budgets.

Responsibilities include coordinating testing plans, leading multiple projects with strict timelines, and providing technical support to Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality teams. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering.
• 3+ years of packaging development experience for consumer retail goods.
• Knowledge of packaging materials: corrugated fiberboard, paperboard, plastics, films, labels, adhesives, sealing techs.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging to meet product and merchandising needs across engineering and marketing.
• Coordinate testing plans to validate new packaging.
• Lead multiple projects with timelines; provide technical assistance to manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and quality.
