Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of packaging experience; no years of experience required with a Master's+ degree.
• Experience with food packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging development for new products and packaging changes.
• Manage multiple packaging projects, technical applications, sustainability, and cost-reduction programs.
• Execute packaging trials and line testing; analyze data to recommend improvements or cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Insights/Innovation, Supply Chain Engineering, and Procurement to develop new packaging platforms.
• Ensure packaging solutions comply with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
