Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in packaging engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of packaging standards and testing protocols, including ISTA, and ASTM.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging solutions using appropriate materials.
• Evaluate and improve packaging performance to reduce damaged products.
• Consult with purchasing and production departments to determine costs.
