You will mentor engineers, collaborate across departments, and influence packaging strategy for a global product portfolio.

Based in Seattle, WA with hybrid work options, you will build die lines in ArtiosCAD, develop physical mockups, and ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in packaging engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with packaging design using ArtiosCAD and CAD tools.
• Understanding of corrugate, paperboard, and other packaging materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead special packaging projects and prioritize based on scope and urgency.
• Troubleshoot packaging designs with supply chain partners to improve processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to packaging engineers.
• Drive sustainability through material usage reduction and recyclability.
