FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is seeking a Packaging Electrical Supervisor in McGregor, TX to establish and lead the Packaging Electrical department. You will oversee wiring, testing, and troubleshooting for generator packages, controls, and enclosures, while building a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement as the Texas facility scales up production and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED with electrical installation experience in manufacturing or related environments.
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading electrical installation teams and working with electrical drawings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Packaging Electrical department to ensure safe, efficient electrical installations.
• Plan labor and coordinate with Packaging, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet schedules.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the department.
• Develop employees and establish departmental standards and standard operating procedures.
