Job summary

PROENERGY in Houston, TX, seeks a Packaging Assembly Supervisor (I&E Supervisor) to lead the packaging assembly team across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. You will ensure a safe workspace, uphold product quality, and meet on-time schedules.

Reports To: Fabrication Manager. Work Location: 6246 McHard Road, Houston, TX 77053. The role requires technical assembly skills, strong communication, and leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Technical competence in assembly of packaged equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to supervise multiple assignments and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the direct labor force of PROENERGY package assembly team.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, specifications, drawings, schematics, P&ID/F&IDs to aid in the installation of packaged equipment
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation and reports as needed
• Identify equipment and material as being fit for use, as well as identify and resolve quality issues with materials as they arise
• Directly works with other departments such as procurement, warehouse, and engineering to ensure requirements for assembly of packaged systems are met.
• Performs any activities of workers supervised to meet demands as needed
• All other duties as assigned
