Fidelity Manufacturing is seeking a Mechanical Packaging Supervisor to lead our new Texas packaging operations. You will supervise the daily mechanical packaging activities, ensuring timely production, quality, and safety while developing the team and standardizing work practices.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, blueprint interpretation, and coordination with fabrication, shipping, and quality teams to meet aggressive startup goals and long-term performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical schooling preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with manufacturing team experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production scheduling tools.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Mechanical Packaging employees to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Set performance expectations and accountability standards for team members.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of packaging personnel.
• Manage daily production schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee preparation of tanks and enclosures for generator assembly and associated systems.
• Ensure adherence to blueprints, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
