Job summary

Fidelity Manufacturing is seeking a Packaging Mechanical Trainer to develop, deliver, and sustain training programs for mechanical assembly, installation, and packaging of generator enclosures and related systems. You will coach employees, align training with ISO/OSHA standards, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to drive safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years delivering training in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Experience in mechanical assembly, packaging, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and explain technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse experience levels.
• Ability to identify skill gaps and coach employees effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintaining training records.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training for mechanical assembly, installation, and packaging of generator enclosures.
• Train and qualify new hires and transfers on standard work and safety.
• Demonstrate proper assembly techniques and safe work practices.
• Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain training documentation and competency records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support improvement initiatives.
