Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Packaging Electrical Supervisor to help oversee high-speed packaging lines, Fanuc robot cells, Lambert palletizers, and related equipment. The role includes supervising electrical packaging staff in a unionized facility and guiding troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, updating schematics, determining parts and supplies, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with industrial maintenance training.
• Experience supervising packaging and maintenance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP and basic computer skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of high speed packaging equipment and robot cells.
• Oversee electrical packaging staff in a unionized setting.
• Troubleshoot and repair packaging machines with speed and accuracy.
• Read blueprints and manufacturer instructions; update drawings as needed.
• Ensure all work follows safety procedures and standards.
