Job summary

The Packaging Electrical Supervisor will oversee high-speed packaging equipment, including Fanuc robot cells, Lambert palletizers, Orion stretch wrappers, and Top Sheet Dispensers, while guiding maintenance staff.

The role requires at least 2 years as an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor in manufacturing, an Industrial Maintenance credential, and strong PLC/diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance is required.
• Military service will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance and repairs of packaging equipment including robotic palletizers and conveyors.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and manufacturer instructions.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and maintains equipment documentation.
• Diagnoses and repairs electrical and mechanical issues on packaging lines.
• Supervises maintenance staff and schedules work orders.
