Job summary

BD is seeking a Director of Labeling & Packaging, R&D for UCC to drive consumer-centric packaging and labeling across innovation and sustaining engineering. You will shape strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver on-time, quality packaging and labeling for global products.

The role requires deep understanding of packaging design, regulatory standards, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher engineering/packaging design background.
• Experience leading labeling and packaging in regulated environments.
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and operations excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for labeling and packaging aligned with UCC growth objectives.
• Lead labeling and packaging across NPD and sustaining engineering
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality across global markets
• Drive process transformation, speed, and automation in labeling workflows
• Develop and mentor a high-performing, scalable team.
