Job summary

Dreamwear is seeking a mid-level Packaging Designer to lead physical packaging for intimate apparel and shapewear brands in New York. You will translate product features into brand-aligned packaging across multiple lines, manage dielines and production-ready files, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional packaging design experience.
• Portfolio must demonstrate physical packaging work.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience with dielines, mechanical artwork, print production.
• Strong typography, layout and information hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute consumer packaging and retail materials.
• Own packaging development for multiple brands.
• Translate product attributes into clear, compelling packaging.
• Serve as packaging partner for Nautica and other lines.
• Manage projects from concept through production and vendor execution.
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure dielines are correct.
• Review proofs and production samples to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with product, design, sales and licensors.
