Job summary

Dreamwear, a leading wholesale intimate apparel and sleepwear company, is seeking a mid-level Packaging Designer to join our Graphics team in New York. This hands-on role focuses on physical packaging across multiple brands, translating product features into brand-right, retail-ready packaging.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience designing consumer packaging, understands dielines and print production, and can manage projects end-to-end with vendors.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional packaging design experience.
• Portfolio must demonstrate physical packaging work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute consumer product packaging and retail presentation materials.
• Own packaging development for Dreamwear’s Shapewear portfolio across multiple brands.
• Translate product attributes into clear packaging communication.
• Prepare production-ready mechanical files and ensure artwork for print.
• Review proofs, strike-offs and production submissions to resolve issues.
