Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in brand and packaging design.
• Proven skincare industry experience.
• Expert-level typography skills for regulatory and marketing copy on packaging.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to final production.
• Resourceful and proactive problem-solver in ambiguous situations.
• Experience in fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of brand and packaging design projects from concept to final production.
• Execute high-quality packaging designs with typography that ensures regulatory and marketing copy clarity.
• Identify and solve design challenges, optimizing space for extensive text and new imagery.
• Develop and refine layouts maintaining brand guideline adherence across materials.
• Create comps and renderings for marketing decks and apply new text to existing imagery.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to clarify requirements and drive workflow.
• Manage design files to be production-ready and meet print specifications.
• Adapt quickly to ambiguous project requirements with resourcefulness.
