Aquent partners with a leading beauty company to shape packaging design from concept to production. You will apply typography expertise to ensure regulatory and marketing copy is clear and compliant, while maintaining brand standards across all materials.

You’ll collaborate with a small, agile marketing/design team on a brand refresh, driving creative solutions and ensuring production-ready files for final print. This role demands initiative, ownership, and strong communication.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional experience specifically in brand and packaging design.
• Proven skincare industry experience.
• Expert typography skills with layout principles for regulatory text.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to final production.
• Resourceful, proactive problem-solver in ambiguous situations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck team environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly.
• A compelling portfolio showing typography, packaging design, production-ready work.

Responsabilidades

• Own brand and packaging design projects from concept to final production.
• Execute high-quality packaging designs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify and solve complex design challenges with innovative solutions.
• Develop and refine layouts maintaining brand consistency.
• Create comps and renderings for marketing decks and imagery.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to clarify requirements.
• Organize design files and ensure print-ready production specs.
• Adapt quickly to ambiguous requirements with resourcefulness.
