Job summary

Vision Unlimited is seeking a Packaging & Production Designer to own packaging artwork, production workflow, and print execution, while providing creative support for digital, e-commerce, and marketing initiatives.

This hands-on role reports to the Sr. Brand Manager and collaborates with printers, packaging vendors, and internal teams to ensure dielines, color accuracy, finishes, and production specifications across skincare products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Significant packaging design and production experience.
• Experience in beauty or skincare preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating packaging work and production execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging artwork for new product innovations and line extensions.
• Translate direction into production-ready artwork.
• Prepare mechanical files for printers and contract manufacturers.
• Review proofs and resolve production issues before release.
• Maintain organized, version-controlled production files.
