Skill, a global beauty client in the United States, seeks a visionary Brand & Packaging Designer to own packaging projects from concept to final production in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead typography-heavy layouts for skincare and sun care lines, ensure regulatory accuracy, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver production-ready files while upholding brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional brand and packaging design experience.
• Experience in skincare industry.
• Expert-level typography for regulatory packaging copy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own brand and packaging design from concept to production.
• Ensure typography clarity and regulatory compliance on packaging.
• Solve design challenges and optimize limited packaging space.
• Develop layouts and maintain brand consistency across materials.
• Create comps and renderings for marketing decks.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
• Organize design files for print-ready production.
• Adapt to ambiguous requirements with resourcefulness.
