Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a seasoned Controls Engineer to support Glendale, AZ beverage production lines on-site. You will program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI, and networking on high-speed packaging equipment and mentor maintenance staff.

You will work 12-hour nights, 2-2-3 rotation, with a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 and a 20% target bonus. Relocation assistance is available; comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming, not just troubleshooting.
• 4+ years of industrial automation on high-speed lines.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour night rotation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for packaging lines.
• Diagnose PLC/HMI/VFD/servo and network issues and restore production.
• Implement permanent corrective actions and PLC/HMI changes.
• Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality, reliability, and throughput.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and operators.
