Job summary

Monogram Appetizers in Wisconsin seeks a Production Line Worker to load finished products onto pallets and assist with startup and changesover. You will monitor packaging, date codes, labeling, and case counts while maintaining safety and GMP standards.

The role requires lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for long periods, and willingness to work extended hours including weekends. Training will be provided; must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
• Pallet jack certified.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for starts up and changes over.
• Replenish packaging supplies and ensure correct labels/date codes.
• Maintain safety devices and PPE; follow GMP and safety rules.
• Record downtime and quality data; perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Train and backfill for shifts; work extended hours including weekends.
