Job summary

Monogram Appetizers in Plover, WI seeks an experienced position to load finished products onto pallets and prepare them for shipping. You will operate equipment, verify labels and dates, and maintain accurate downtime and quality records.

The role requires pallet jack certification, basic math, good communication, and adherence to safety and GMP guidelines. Extended hours, including weekends, may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide with 10s and 100s.
• Must be Pallet jack certified.

Responsibilities

• Load finished product from machines onto pallets.
• Set up equipment for starts up and changes over.
• Replenish packaging supplies such as paper, sheets, boxes, glue, ink, or labels.
• Monitor waste reductions.
• Ensure correct date codes, labels, and master cases.
• Ensure paperwork is completed (Case Sealer report, pallet tickets, pallet patterns, case counts).
• Record downtime and quality assurance data.
• Complete preventive maintenance as needed.
• Ensure safety devices are operable and used.
• Follow all safety rules and GMPs.
• Train employees as needed to backfill this position.
