Lignetics, INC. is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator in Oregon. The role involves operating bagging and baler machinery, moving and wrapping finished products, and supporting production areas.

Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required. The job pays $21.00 per hour for shifts from 6am to 6pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime. The position is temporary to hire, with requirements for forklift experience or training, reading scales, and basic math.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Will require forklift training.
• Must read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for baler and other maintenance.
• Ability to do simple math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Operate bagging and baler machines and related equipment per safety guidelines.
• Move and wrap completed products and assist other production areas as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and report issues to Shift Lead.
• Assist with starting/stopping pellet mills and quality control tagging.
• Complete Bagger and Baler production reports accurately.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 7 hours per day.
• Communicate moisture or material issues to Shift Lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
