Job summary

Lignetics Inc. is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator to operate bagging and baler machinery, wrap and palletize finished goods, and support other production areas. Expect lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long shifts, and adherence to safety procedures.

Shifts are Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm, with a $2.50 shift differential and a hourly wage of $18-$20. Pre-employment background check and drug screen required. Full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Must pass forklift training and ability to read scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting to adjust equipment.
• Ability to do simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging, baler, shrink wrapping, forklift, pallet jack and bag sealer.
• Maintain safe, productive operation of packaging equipment.
• Move and wrap completed products and assist other areas as needed.
• Record production data on reports and QC tags and ensure clean workstation.
