Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Technical Engineer - Packaging to design, develop, and optimize packaging and automation across GTI manufacturing facilities. You will balance product protection, cost, regulatory and brand standards while collaborating with Brand and Product Development to scale concepts for production.

The role requires expertise in packaging equipment selection, troubleshooting, and implementing automated packaging processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of packaging/technical engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with packaging automation and IQ/OQ/PQ validation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize packaging and automation for multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with Brand/Product Development to translate concepts into scalable production solutions.
• Lead validation and transfer of packaging equipment and processes to site teams.
