Hardywood Park Craft Brewery is seeking an entry-level Packaging Associate to support the daily packaging needs across canning, kegging, and warehousing. This role may work at the West Creek facility with possible duties at the Richmond location and offers growth into more advanced packaging specialties.

The position emphasizes safety, sanitation, and teamwork while contributing to high-quality packaging output and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Attention to detail and strong organization are essential.
• Ability to work safely and follow sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Package cans and cartons from the can line.
• Ensure quality packaging and proper labeling of cans and kegs.
• Clean and sanitize kegs and packaging equipment.
• Assist with inventory and general warehouse tasks.
• Support production and packaging teams as needed.
• Maintain clean packaging area and break down packaging waste.
