Job description

The Hopewell Brewing Company is seeking to hire a full-time Packaging Assistant. This position reports directly to the Head Brewer and will ensure smooth execution of brewery and packaging operations.

The successful applicant will bring a mix of practical experience along with working with small teams. The Packaging and Cellar Assistant is responsible for preparing beer for packaging, CIP of cellar tanks, packaging Hopewell beer in kegs and cans with the highest quality in mind, and CIP of packaging equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in a fast‑paced craft brewery environment. This posting is for a three‑month position with possibility of extension.
