Kelly Services in Canandaigua, NY is hiring Packaging Associates for all shifts. These are full-time, temp-to-hire roles with pay ranging from $18.29 to $19.54 per hour, depending on shift.

You’ll package finished products, inspect quality, keep area clean, troubleshoot equipment, and help meet production goals while following safety standards and company procedures. This is on-site work with access to benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Immediate Openings: Packaging Associates — All Shifts

What you’ll do

• Package finished products accurately and efficiently
• Inspect items for quality and defects
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked
• Help troubleshoot packaging equipment
• Work with your team to meet production goals
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Prepare products for shipping and distribution

What you’ll bring

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
• A self-motivated attitude and eagerness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic machine or troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
• Availability to tour the facility soon
