Job Summary

Surestaff is immediately hiring Packaging Assistants / General Labor for a candy manufacturing facility in DeKalb, IL. This company is a well-known producer of sweet treats enjoyed nationwide. Packaging Assistants will be responsible for packing finished goods, assembling cartons, and assisting with various production tasks to ensure smooth operations on the production line. Surestaff is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive pay rates based on shift ($15.75-$16.00/hr), as well as access to a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Looking for flexibility? This could be the perfect fit! This position is ideal for students, part-timers, or anyone looking for a flexible weekday schedule. The facility operates Monday through Friday and schedules shift needs daily — some days they need more people, some days less. You can work up to 4 days a week. Text notifications let you know when you're scheduled. Great for anyone who doesn't need guaranteed hours and likes to stay busy.

Shift Availability

• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $15.75/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM | $16.00/hr
