Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an assembler to create packaging interiors on-site in Greenville, SC. You will follow design prints, complete assembly steps with attention to quality, and ensure safe use of hand tools and PPE. Active involvement in Continuous Improvement and 5S will be encouraged as part of a collaborative team.

You will contribute to meeting quality standards and participate in safety activities, with other duties as assigned as part of a dynamic packaging solutions team.

Qualifications

• Must follow assembly print and processes precisely.
• Safe use of hand tools and PPE required.
• Active involvement in Continuous Improvement and 5S.
• Contribute to team efforts and maintain quality standards.
• Adhere to safety standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to create packaging interiors while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Complete necessary assembly operations according to the design print.
• Follow all necessary steps in assembly process to ensure top quality product.
• Safe and proper use of all hand tools required.
• Safe and proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment) required for the job.
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, and follow standard work.
• Actively participates in 5S and Safety activities.
• Contribute to team efforts by working together and accomplishing tasks as required.
• Ensures all work meets quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
