Symbiotic Services is seeking an Assembler / Packer I to support manufacturing operations in Raleigh, NC. The role involves assembling components, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met prior to shipment.

Key duties include repetitive assembly, part inspection, following work instructions, tool use, and report of safety concerns. This position is onsite and emphasizes teamwork and adherence to PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to install threaded inserts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and airborne particles.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly and packaging operations.
• Inspect parts for cosmetic defects and non-conformities.
• Follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures.
• Use hand tools and perform soldering as needed.
• Install threaded inserts (Heli-Coils).
• Package and prepare parts for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report safety concerns and damaged tools.
• Support team-based production and quality initiatives.
