Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a materials-ready associate to prepare products for shipment in Urbana, Ohio. You'll follow product guidelines, inspect, assemble, and ensure quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will read documentation, use PPE, and participate in continuous improvement while supporting training and collaboration across departments. Prior manufacturing experience preferred; safety and quality come first.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for shipment according to established guidelines and customer specifications
• Work safely and efficiently while using all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Read and interpret product documentation, including quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work instructions
• Clean, trim, and assemble components using hand tools to meet fit, form, and function requirements
• Maintain continuous production flow to prevent backlog at workstations
• Inspect finished products to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
• Support training of new employees and assist other departments as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including CI, 5S, and standard work practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
