Job summary

Menasha Corporation, including ORBIS, is hiring an Assembly Associate to assemble reusable packaging interiors (dunnage) and related components. You will follow print drawings, use a variety of hand tools, and rotate between work cells to meet safety, quality, and delivery standards.

Requirements include at least 6 months of assembly manufacturing experience, the ability to read prints and measure accurately, and a careful, detail‑oriented approach to safety. Shift hours are 6:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Able to read print drawings and measure accurately.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in assembly manufacturing or as a machine operator.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with safety focus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to print drawings and work instructions.
• Insert completed assemblies into plastic containers.
• Perform self and peer quality inspections during assembly.
• Report safety concerns or quality issues to supervisors.
• Rotate between different work cells and machines as needed.
• Verify correct parts against work orders prior to assembly.
• Support production requirements by calculating cycle time.
• Use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
• Complete required paperwork related to tasks.
