Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an entry-level Quality Inspector to join our team in Greenville. You will inspect products (in process and finished goods) and document findings, support plant personnel on daily quality concerns, and promote safety and productivity as part of Menasha values.

You will need a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate’s degree preferred, and ASQ certification is a plus. 6 months of quality or manufacturing experience is required, and proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• 6 months quality experience or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software.
• ASQ certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Inspect products (in process and finished goods) and document findings as required.
• Support plant personnel on daily quality concerns/risks and effectively communicate concerns to all applicable personnel and leadership.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, following Menasha Values of Safety, Quality and Productivity (always and in that order).
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software.
• Willing to work alternate shifts as needed and be familiar with all job tasks in the department.
• Support Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 6S and STW activities.
• Maintain a safe & clean work space.
• Other duties as assigned.
