Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a 1st Shift Packaging & Shipping Associate in Kentwood, MI. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a first-day start at 8 AM. The position offers pay of $18.00 per hour and focuses on producing quality crates, handling packaging, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

You'll work with hand and power tools, read blueprints, manage inventory, and collaborate with the team to meet shipping requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints or specifications for construction processes.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials for crate building.
• Inspect and repair crates as needed.
• Follow ISPM crating procedures and processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; adhere to safety protocols.
