Kelly Services in Tracy, CA is hiring for an Order Picker / Cherry Picker responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials in a fast-paced warehouse. You will operate equipment like forklifts, order pickers, and cherry pickers, and you will help ensure accurate inventory and documentation using our WMS.
The role requires at least two years in distribution or warehouse, with preferred experience on powered industrial trucks and in a cGMP environment.

Job Description:
A Day in the Life:
Receive, store, and distribute materials or products
Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and cherry pickers
Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and placement
Conduct quality control activities to maintain product standards
Coordinate with team members and other departments for efficient workflow
Education Requirements:
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or a related field
Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (e.g., order pickers, forklifts)
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentation
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and order pickers
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
Manual dexterity to operate equipment and safely handle materials
Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a warehouse/distribution center setting
May be exposed to noise from equipment and machinery
Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and eye protection is required
Fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
