Cresco Labs is seeking a production associate to join our Sunnyside manufacturing team. You will execute tasks from department leadership, measure, package and label products, and help ensure quality and a sanitary work environment in a fast-paced facility.

This role requires 1 year (2-3 preferred) in a factory or production setting, strong attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic Windows/POS software familiarity. Monday–Friday schedule, with pay range of $17 per hour.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 7:15am - 3:45pm

CORE JOB DUTIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows‑based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
