Job summary

Cresco Labs is hiring for a production-related role at our Ohio facility. The position involves hands-on manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will measure, package, label, and transport products, ensuring compliance with standards.

Candidates should have 1 year of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under strict procedures. Proficiency with Windows and POS systems is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• 1 year (2-3 years preferred) hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 7:15am - 3:45pm

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.

• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows‑based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range

$17 - $17 USD
