Cresco Labs is hiring for a production associate in Fall River, MA. The role focuses on measuring, packaging, labeling, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to a dynamic production line.

Formación

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Must adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

CORE JOB DUTIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi‑task
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows‑based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range

$19 - $19 USD
