Job summary

Sunnyside* in Fall River, MA is seeking a dedicated production worker to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will measure, package, label products, and support quality testing under supervision to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment; you will collaborate with supervisors, keep accurate records, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year (2-3 years preferred) of hands-on factory or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to measure, package, and label accurately.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Executing tasks assigned by Management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred_._
  • Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
  • Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced,changingand challenging environment
  • Proficiencyin windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
  • Must be able to lift,carryand balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds withassistance).
  • Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
  • Requires ability to sit, stand,kneel,and/or do repetitive actions with your hands forlong periodsof time.
