Job summary

Redwall Llc - Master is seeking an Embroidery Packager to join our screen printing production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with the Embroidery Operator to keep jobs running smoothly and ensure every garment meets quality standards.

Training will be provided for candidates without embroidery experience. You will perform quality control checks, use the binning system, and handle packaging and shipping label creation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to read, write, and understand work orders.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division) required.
• Willingness to follow instructions and maintain reliable attendance.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime when needed.
• Knowledge of graphic arts is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality control checks using a computer according to company standards.
• Utilizes the binning system, maintaining accuracy.
• Packages and creates shipping labels for shipments.
• Sorts packages according to shipping method.
