Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Packaging and Assembly Associate in Dallas, TX. You will package products, handle materials, and assist with assembly and shipping in a hands-on warehouse role.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a contract-to-hire path and a pay range of $18.00–$19.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and more after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Perform material handling tasks, including moving, staging, and organizing products and packaging materials.
• Assemble products and components as needed, following written or verbal directions.
• Build and prepare boxes and other packaging materials to ensure safe and secure shipment of products.
• Pack products in boxes or containers to prevent damage during transit and maintain product quality.
• Support shipping activities by labeling, sealing, and preparing orders for outbound shipment.
• Lift and move items weighing 5060 pounds on a regular basis while following safe lifting practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with a small warehouse team to meet daily production, packaging, and shipping goals.
• Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and guidelines while operating in the warehouse.

Essential Skills

• 23 years of packaging experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive packaging and material handling tasks efficiently.
• Capability to regularly lift and move 5060 pounds safely.
• Experience with basic assembly tasks in a production or warehouse setting.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate packing, labeling, and shipment of products.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Reliability and consistency in attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist in multiple areas of the warehouse.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
