Aerotek's Addison, IL facility is seeking a Packer | Packaging Associate to join a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will pack lip balm, personal care, and pharmaceutical products, verify quantities, and weigh cartons to ensure packaging accuracy.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to stand for long shifts, and safe, efficient production. Third shift offers a quieter setting with independent support; on-site and fully onsite at Addison.

What You'll Do

• Pack lip balm, personal care, and pharmaceutical products into display and shipping boxes.
• Count products accurately to ensure correct quantities are packed.
• Weigh cartons as needed to verify product counts and packaging standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in packaging, packing, production, assembly, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Comfortable performing general labor duties such as:
• Packing and labeling
• Inspection and quality control
• Palletizing and stacking
• Loading/unloading materials
• Picking and sorting products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Addison, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.74 - $19.74/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
