Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking a Package Owner (Electrical and Instrumentation) for a US North Carolina project on an initial 12-month contract in Life Sciences. You will review drawings, specifications, submittals and vendor information to ensure alignment with design intent and project requirements on a major capital build.

You will own RFIs, coordinate electrical interfaces with mechanical, process and automation teams, and provide field input to design reviews to prevent rework while

Qualifications

• Extensive electrical and instrumentation experience on complex industrial or major capital projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS, instrumentation installation and loop testing.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and vendor documentation; familiarity with electrical safety, LOTO and codes.
• Proven ability to resolve issues with designers/contractors and drive cross-discipline actions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical and instrumentation drawings, specs, submittals, and vendor information against design intent.
• Provide field input to design reviews; verify site conditions and identify constructability and maintenance constraints.
• Own package design comments, RFIs, and coordinate approvals through to closure; communicate changes to the field.
• Coordinate interfaces with mechanical, process, automation, and vendor packages; resolve clashes and boundary gaps.
