Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking an E&I Package Owner for a US North Carolina-based project on an initial 12-month contract in the life sciences sector.

You will own the Electrical & Instrumentation package across the project lifecycle, review designs and vendor docs, and ensure alignment with site standards and operational needs, coordinating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive E&I project delivery experience.
• Experience supporting large capital projects ($10M+).
• Experience in wastewater, utilities, pharma/biotech, chemical, or industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the E&I package throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and challenge engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation.
• Ensure E&I systems align with project requirements, site standards, and operational needs.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, automation, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Lead technical discussions and drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems.
