Position Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Takes pride and ownership in the position and property
• Ability to listen and react quickly to residents’ and guests’ requests in a genuine manner
• Have at least two years of hospitality experience
• Possess amazing interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service abilities
• Be organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated showing a positive attitude
• Maintain a neat and professionally well-groomed appearance
• Think clearly, quickly and efficiently and make concise decisions even under pressure

Main Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and visitors
• Acknowledge all residents, visitors and vendors at all times
• Greet future residents and create a memorable first impression
• Check-in future residents and scan their ID’s prior to their scheduled tours
• Accurately log resident packages
• Notify residents when they have a package
• Perform package inventory audits
• Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodation
• Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, guests and the onsite team
• Monitor lobby and package room, and maintain organization and cleanliness
• Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including residents’ move-ins, pet walking, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, grocery and package delivery, housekeeping, etc.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met
• Perform all other duties as assigned by onsite management
