Job summary

Please Assist Me, an apartment task service in Washington DC, is seeking a full-time Package Assistant Manager to oversee the on-site package room, log arrivals, and help residents locate their packages.

The role requires warehouse/delivery experience, the ability to follow verbal directions, reliability, and time-management. Shifts include Thursday-Saturday 9am-7pm or Mon-Wed with Sunday 12-4pm option; capable of lifting 45–50 pounds. This position offers growth opportunities.

What does a Please Assist Me Package Assistant Manager do?

• Package Management: Managing an on-site package room. Duties include entering packages into the system, placing packages inside units, organizing the package room, and helping residents find their packages.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have previous warehouse and/or delivery experience.
• Must be available from 9am - 7pm hours each day on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday and 2-7pm on Wednesday OR 9am - 7pm hours each day on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and 12-4 on Sunday. To be determined after interview.
• Ability to follow verbal directions.
• Ability to work well alone and with an amazing teammate!
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to completing the job at the highest level.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills.
• Organized and able to follow a schedule.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; ability to lift up to 45 to 50 pounds.
• $20-22 per hour
