UPS in Bethlehem is seeking a dynamic supervisor to lead Package Handlers, training and developing workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and teamwork.

This permanent role requires strong communication, ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility to work up to five days a week. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience a plus.
